Made-to-order and Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks, with delivery requiring an additional 2 to 5 business days in urban areas and up to 7 days in remote locations. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by load shedding, courier delays, or external disruptions.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted on select items within 14 calendar days of delivery. All return parcels must be dispatched by day 7 from receipt in order to qualify for a refund.
