What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery timelines vary depending on the item type. In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and Ready to Ship items typically require 2–4 weeks for production or preparation, with delivery taking an additional 2–5 business days in urban areas and up to 7 days for remote locations. Please note that lead times listed on product pages reflect production only and exclude transit.

Do you offer assembly services?

Assembly is not included in our delivery services. White Glove delivery, available in select metro areas, includes in-room placement (up to one flight of stairs) and packaging removal, but does not include assembly or removal of existing furniture.

What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

All made-to-order items are considered final sale once production has commenced. A 48-hour grace period from the time of purchase is offered for cancellations or changes. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, natural variations in materials and finishes are expected and are not considered defects.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please inspect your order upon delivery before signing any courier documentation. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to us within 24–48 hours, along with clear photographs and your order number. We take full responsibility for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within this timeframe.

Will sold-out items be restocked, and how can I get notified?

Many of our pieces are produced in limited runs or made to order. Restocks do occur, depending on availability. To be notified about restocks, new arrivals, and updates, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or contacting our team directly.
