Returns & Exchanges – Nomad & Grace South Africa

We hope you love your Nomad & Grace purchase, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we do offer returns on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on select items within 14 calendar days of delivery. All return parcels must be dispatched by day 7 from receipt in order to qualify for a refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Products that are damaged, used, altered, or soiled may not be eligible for a return or refund and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

    • Custom-made or made-to-order items

    • Furniture (excluding vintage on a case-by-case basis)

    • Original artwork

    • Chandeliers

    • Flash sale or clearance items

    • Items marked “final sale” at checkout

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier for all returns. Nomad & Grace cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

  • Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to prevent damage en route.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive confirmation via email.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or issued as a Nomad & Grace digital gift card, depending on the situation.

Exceptions & Restocking Fees

If a non-returnable item is accepted for return under exceptional circumstances:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

  • The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit (e-gift card).
